Services: Managed Services
When it comes to IT networks, nobody likes surprises. The solution? Buy predictability and peace of mind. Managed services provides you with comprehensive, reliable IT service so that you can focus on running your business instead of protecting it.
How do we price our managed services? Pricing is based on the number of users we support, but can be influenced by the number of locations, servers and complexity of your IT environment. We will calculate the regular monthly service fee and provide you with a formal quote so you’ll know exactly what your costs will be up front.
So what’s not included? Generally, our managed services include on-site and remote assistance during regular business hours. Not included:
- Software license fees
- Equipment costs
- Third party support fees (e.g. O365, Sage, Quickbooks)
- ISP fees (e.g. (Shaw, TELUS etc.)
- After-hours emergency services
- Office relocations
- Project work

Do I need to sign a long term contract? No, absolutely not. We believe you should stay with us because you’re 100% satisfied and you want to, not because you have to. We simply ask that you give us 90 days to demonstrate the various ways in which we can help you. Should you decide you no longer want to be on a managed services plan, you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.
What size of company do you typically support under your managed services? Most of our clients using managed services range in size from approximately 10 to 75 users.
Can you provide references? Yes, we’re happy to let you speak to as many clients as you like. We understand that moving to managed services is a big decision, and we want you to feel completely confident before making the change.
Is there anything else I should know? Yes, one of the ways we keep costs down and deliver great service is by standardizing certain key products. You will be required to use one of our supported firewalls, antivirus, and backup & disaster recovery solutions. The rest of the equipment and software must be under the manufacturer’s warranty. Older PCs running Windows XP will need to be upgraded before we can provide managed services.
