Services: Managed Services
Managed services provides you with worry-free, complete-care IT services so that your company’s network runs smoothly and does everything you expect it to.
How do we price our managed services? Pricing is based on the number of users we support, but can be influenced by the number of locations, servers and complexity of your IT environment. We will calculate the regular monthly service fee and provide you with a formal quote so you’ll know exactly what your costs will be up front.
So what’s not included? Generally, our managed services include on-site and remote services during regular business hours. Not included:
- Software license fees
- Equipment costs
- Third party support fees (e.g. O365, Sage, Quickbooks)
- ISP fees (e.g. (Shaw, Telus etc.)
- After hours emergency services
- Office moves
- Project work

Do I need to sign a long term contract? No, absolutely not. We believe you should stay with us because you love the way we treat you and because you have confidence in our ability to support your IT, not because you are locked into a contract. All we ask you to do is stick with us for 90 days and give us a fair chance to show you what we can do for you. That’s it, after that you can leave any time you like with 30 days’ notice.
Is there anything else I should know? Yes, one of the ways we keep our costs down and deliver great service is by standardizing on certain key products. You will be required to use one of our supported firewalls, our antivirus, and our backup & disaster recovery solution. The rest of the equipment and software must be under the manufactures warranty. Older PCs running Windows XP will need to be upgraded before we will can take you on.
Can you provide references? Yes, we are happy to let you speak to as many clients as you like. Moving to managed services is a big decision and we want you to feel completely confident before making the change.
What size of company do you typically support under your managed services? Managed service clients range in size from about 10 users to about 75 users.
