Services: IT Support
For companies not on managed services, we offer traditional break & fix services. Whether you have your own IT staff or not, our team of friendly, knowledgeable and experienced engineers can help. We provide on-site support or remote support from our North Vancouver office.
Are there any minimum requirements? Yes, all break & fix clients are required to be on our 24/7 monitoring, patching and alerting service. Essentially, we monitor your systems and call you if we see a problem, and it’s at your discretion whether or not we take action to resolve the problems. Services are billed on a time and materials basis.
In addition, we require you to use Netcetera supported firewalls, antivirus solutions and our backup & disaster recovery solutions so we can provide you with consistently high levels of service. That in turn will better protect your network and reduce your ongoing support costs.
