Our methodology for managing projects involves meeting to discuss your needs and creating a Statement of Work (SoW). This document includes:

Once we’ve drafted the Statement of Work, we create a project plan with all major and sub-tasks, critical dates and milestones, responsibility criteria, what’s happening and when it’s happening. Any design work required will also be undertaken at that time. Projects we’ve worked on include:
